The end of the year is a time to reflect, take stock of the year past, and plan for the year ahead. 12 YEAR-END REFLECTION QS: WHAT WENT WELL? AND MORE Old ideas, limiting beliefs, deconstructive mindsets.if they aren’t serving you, toss them out! 6) If there was a theme for the past year for you, what would it be? Wrap up your year by giving it a name (besides its actual number). Complete this phrase “ For me personally, 2014 was the year of ___”. HOW TO STAY GROUNDED AMIDST THE CHAOS OF COVID 19 It’s important to stay informed – especially as the Covoid 19 situation is unfolding at a rapid, unpredictable pace. But a word of caution: too much consumption on the scary, scary news of the day can be disruptive to your wellbeing too. Find a balance. Check in, tune-in, but balance your intake. IN TIMES OF CORONAVIRUS/COVID 19 (A POEM) In Times of Coronavirus/Covid 19 (a Poem) March 21, 2020. This is a time of tremendous difficulty and uncertainty. How are you making sense of it? Amidst all the swirly, scary circumstances, we have to find our way to navigate this new, constantly changing, ‘normal’ LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS: BUILD TRUST OR BREAK IT? This speaks to many skills including understanding and managing the neurochemical impact and ripple effects associated with their words, conversations and even silences. Conversations have potential to build (or break) relationships, promote (or obstruct) understanding, foster (or impede) trust. An effective leader will recognize their own BEFORE KICKING 2020 TO THE CURB, REFLECT ON THESE 12 Ready to say goodbye to 2020? Before you kick it to the curb (ohh so tempting to kick it hard, really hard) — take some time to reflect on this year’s guided questions (9th year edition of my 12 year-endQuestions).
