Decadent rich, deliciously indulgent, cool crisp dark chocolate cups encasing a subtly sweet, luscious, creamy, perfectly spiced, protein packed salted caramel cashew butter filling that literally oozes with awesomeness when you bite on in. Hard and Fast Total Body Blast. {FLOURLESS} SALTED CHOC FUDGE NOTELLA BROOKIES 1 – Place egg, chocolate hazelnut butter, maple syrup and vanilla in to a bowl and stir until smooth, creamy and well combined. 2 – Add almond flour, cacao, instant espresso (if using), baking soda, spices and salt and stir to combine. 3 – Fold in your chocolate , if using. Now comes the hard part – place your cookie dough in the fridge QUICK AND EASY PICKLED RADISH {VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE & PALEO Method –. 1 – Add salt into a small jar or bowl. 2 – Add warm water and stir until salt has dissolved. 3 – Add apple cider vinegar and caraway seeds and stir to combine. 4 – Add your sliced radish to your salted water/vinegar (brine) mix. Top up with a DATE, CHIA AND COCONUT ENERGY BITES Don’t turn them to dust though we still have some more processing to do and we want our energy bites to have a little texture to them. 2 – Add dates, vanilla and cinnamon and process until well combined. 3 – Add chia seeds along with 2 Tablespoons of BLUE CHEESE, HAZELNUT AND APPLE SALAD 3 – Put the spinach in a large bowl and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. 4 – Cut and core your apple then grate over salad. 5 – Crumble in blue cheese then squeeze with lemon juice and gently toss to combine. Grab a fork and dig in. JAMIE’S SPRING FRITTATA Method –. 1 – Grate the zucchini and place in a medium size bowl, add the mint leaves (if using) then season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. 2 – Use your hands to squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini mix then place in a medium size fry pan over mediumheat.
SPICY BRITTLED PEANUTS Method –. 1 – Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 2 – In a small bowl stir together baking soda, salt flakes and cayenne pepper then set aside. 3 – Place the sugar, butter and water in a medium size saucepan over medium heat until the mixture begins to turn golden (7-10 mins). 4 – Add peanuts and stir to coat. BLUEBERRY AND DARK CHOCOLATE ENERGY BITES 1 – Place almonds in a food processor and pulse until they look crumbly, you want a few bigger “chunks” to give some texture not have them ground to dust. 2 – Remove 2 tablespoons of your almond crumble and set aside. 3 – Add dates to the almond mix and pulse until they start to combine with the almonds. 4 – Add blueberriesand

CARROT CAKE PROTEIN SHAKE Method –. 1 – Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. 2 – Taste and adjust to taste, adding a little more maple syrup, vanilla or cinnamon if you like things on the sweeter side. 3 – To serve, pour into a chilled glass or mason jar and sprinkle with your chopped nuts if using. QUICK AND EASY CARROT AND ZUCCHINI FRITTERS {GLUTEN FREE Method –. 1 – Place eggs into a medium size bowl and lightly whisk. 2 – Add coconut flour, salt and pepper whisk again to combine. 3 – Place your grated zucchini and carrot into a clean piece of muslin or dishcloth and twist and squeeze to ring out any excess moisture. 4 – Add your zucchini and carrot to your egg mix and stir to combine. You want there to still be a few bigger chunks to give the bites some nice texture. 2 – Add dates and process until the mixture starts to come together to form a nice sticky “dough”. 3 – Add cocoa powder, espresso PEAR AND BLUEBERRY BREAD In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. In another medium bowl add sugar, then butter, followed by apple sauce. Next add eggs, and egg whites. Then pour in vanilla and whisk until combined. QUICK AND EASY PICKLED RADISH {VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE & PALEO Method –. 1 – Add salt into a small jar or bowl. 2 – Add warm water and stir until salt has dissolved. 3 – Add apple cider vinegar and caraway seeds and stir to combine. 4 – Add your sliced radish to your salted water/vinegar (brine) mix. Top up with a SPICY BRITTLED PEANUTS Method –. 1 – Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 2 – In a small bowl stir together baking soda, salt flakes and cayenne pepper then set aside. 3 – Place the sugar, butter and water in a medium size saucepan over medium heat until the mixture begins to turn golden (7-10 mins). 4 – Add peanuts and stir to coat. COCONUT RASPBERRY DARK CHOCOLATE MUFFINS Method –. 1 – Preheat oven to 175’C (350’F) – Line a mini muffin tray with paper cases and set aside. 2 – Place eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, coconut oil and water into a medium size bowl and whisk until well combined. 3 – Add your coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and stir to combine. BLUE CHEESE, HAZELNUT AND APPLE SALAD 3 – Put the spinach in a large bowl and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. 4 – Cut and core your apple then grate over salad. 5 – Crumble in blue cheese then squeeze with lemon juice and gently toss to combine. SPICY BRITTLED PEANUTS Method –. 1 – Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 2 – In a small bowl stir together baking soda, salt flakes and cayenne pepper then set aside. 3 – Place the sugar, butter and water in a medium size saucepan over medium heat until the mixture begins to turn golden (7-10 mins). 4 – Add peanuts and stir to coat. CARROT CAKE PROTEIN SHAKE Method –. 1 – Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. 2 – Taste and adjust to taste, adding a little more maple syrup, vanilla or cinnamon if you like things on the sweeter side. 3 – To serve, pour into a chilled glass or mason jar and sprinkle with your chopped nuts if using. Enjoy xoxo. DATE, CHIA AND COCONUT ENERGY BITES Don’t turn them to dust though we still have some more processing to do and we want our energy bites to have a little texture to them. 2 – Add dates, vanilla and cinnamon and process until well combined. 3 – Add chia seeds along with 2 Tablespoons of JAMIE’S BRITISH BURGERS Method –. 1 – Place mince in a medium bowl and season generously with salt and pepper. 2 – Add mustard along with a dash or worcestershire sauce and using a fork or your hands squish the mixture until well combined. 3 – Divide the mince mix into 4-8 even portions and shape into burger patties. Set aside. QUICK AND EASY CARROT AND ZUCCHINI FRITTERS {GLUTEN FREE Method –. 1 – Place eggs into a medium size bowl and lightly whisk. 2 – Add coconut flour, salt and pepper whisk again to combine. 3 – Place your grated zucchini and carrot into a clean piece of muslin or dishcloth and twist and squeeze to ring out any excess moisture. 4 – Add your zucchini and carrot to your egg mix and stir to combine. DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD {LOW CARB, GRAIN FREE Method –. 1 – Preheat your oven to 160’C (320’F) – line your mini loaf pans with baking/parchment paper and set aside.FYI – Mine were approx 6 x 13 inches each. 2 – Place your mashed bananas into a large bowl and add your eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, water and maple syrup and whisk until well combined. HEALTHY NO-BAKE PEPPERMINT MOCHA ENERGY BITES Method –. 1 – Place almonds in your food processor/blender and process until nice and fine, but not turned to dust. You want there to still be a few bigger chunks to give the bites some nice texture. 2 – Add dates and process until the mixture starts to come together to form a nice sticky “dough”. 3 – Add cocoa powder, espresso PEAR AND BLUEBERRY BREAD In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. In another medium bowl add sugar, then butter, followed by apple sauce. Next add eggs, and egg whites. Then pour in vanilla and whisk until combined. Next grate pears, then add to sugar/butter mix and stir until just combined. RAW {DATE FREE} SALTED CARAMEL SLICE Question of the day – What snacks are you loving lately?
