A National Historic Landmark. The Campbell Home, home to Bethany College founder Alexander Campbell, was built between 1795 and 1840. This farmstead was home to at least 20 people in the early 1840s and visitors were so numerous that 32 chairs often stood ready in the dining room. The household gathered for worship twice a day in the oldparlor.

Merit Scholarships. The Bethany Merit Scholarship ranges from $12,000 to $19,000 per year and is available to accepted applicants who enroll at Bethany College as freshman students or as a transfer. These awards are based upon each student’s level of academic achievement and are offered through the Center for Enrollment. A National Historic Landmark. The Campbell Home, home to Bethany College founder Alexander Campbell, was built between 1795 and 1840. This farmstead was home to at least 20 people in the early 1840s and visitors were so numerous that 32 chairs often stood ready in the dining room. The household gathered for worship twice a day in the oldparlor.
