THAI STYLE PUMPKIN LAKSA What is pumpkin laksa? Laksa is commonly known as a spicy noodle soup, and it's very popular in Malaysian, Indonesian or Thai cuisines. Traditionally, it consists of rice or vermicelli noodles, some chicken, fish or prawns and spicy soup base made with curry coconutmilk.
