LEMON-BROILED WALLEYE FILLETS In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Brush each fillet with oil mixture. Broil on low 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from heat, flip fillets and brush with remaining oil mixture.
