Smoothies can even be a healthy dessert option. Take our Peanut Butter Nice Cream recipe for example – it’s basically just a really thick smoothie. And our Protein Shakes will completely squash an ice cream milkshake craving but leave you feeling strong and nourished. welcome! I'm so glad you're here! I'm a busy mama to two sweet girls and a bunch of funny animals. I'm passionate about sharing the beauty of real food through plant based recipes. HEALTHY BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE RECIPES FOR YOUR FLAT TOP Additions: I like to stir fry 1 block cubed extra firm tofu in a bit of oil, then set aside until the veggies are done cooking. Add it back in when you add the sauce. Other great veggies for stir fry: snow peas, baby corn, water chestnuts, zucchini, yellow squash.. Stir fry a package of cooked udon noodles for the last few minutes.. Top with roasted cashews for added crunch and healthy fats. 6 HEALTHY JUICING RECIPES FOR CLEANSE, DETOX, WEIGHT LOSS To make juice in a blender, add the ingredients to the blender and blend on the lowest setting. Slowly add just enough water to turn the blender. Puree until completely smooth, adding more water to thin as necessary. Pour through a fine mesh sieve set over a wide mouth jar orbowl.
LION'S MANE MUSHROOM RECIPES (VEGAN CRAB CAKES) Pull the mushroom apart into small shreds about ¼" wide, or cut with a knife if you're in a hurry. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl and add the panko, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside. In another small-medium bowl, stir together the prepared "egg", mustard, mayo, HOMEMADE PITA CHIPS (OVEN BAKED OR AIR FRYER) Air Fryer Pita Chips. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Cut the pita bread into triangles. If the bread is able to separate, separate the halves. If not, it's ok to leave together. Some brands of pita bread open more easily than others. Coat liberally with cooking spray (or drizzle with olive oil). MARINATED GRILLED TOFU In a large shallow dish, mix the rest of the ingredients (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste) to make the marinade. Add the tofu to the marinade, turning to coat the tofu well. Let marinate at least 2 hours NUT FREE NO BAKE ENERGY BALLS Stir to combine. Add the seed butter and maple syrup and stir to combine. Stir in the sunflower seeds and chocolate chips. This mixture should form a dough that's easy to form into balls that stick together. HOW MANY OUNCES IN A CUP: MEASURING LIQUID AND DRY INGREDIENTS 1 cup of popcorn = 3 ounces. 1 cup of flour = 4¼ ounces. 1 cup of chocolate chips = 6 ounces. 1 cup of shredded cheese = 3 ounces. King Arthur Flour has an extensive list of various ingredient weights in volume (cups), grams, and ounces here. You may find other sources with slightly different weights, which makes sense if you think about how EASY BAKED BBQ TEMPEH Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
