MAHNAZ'S FAMOUS CARROT CAKE Instructions. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix oil and sugar in a larger bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually mix in with the dry ingredients. When mixed well, add carrots, walnuts & raisins. Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy with cream cheese icing!

2 cups flour. Directions. Pre-heat your oven to 350F. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add in the remaining ingredients. Form dough into balls the size of a walnut. Place on a baking sheet. Grease the bottom of a glass, dip into sugar and gently press the glass onto the MAHNAZ'S FAMOUS CARROT CAKE Instructions. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
