Spinach Cream Sauce. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender and slightly transparent. Stir in heavy cream, basil, pepper and salt, and stir occasionally to bring the cream to a boil. Add in the spinach a bit at a time until all is incorporated without drastically reducing the headof the sauce.

Flavored Pork Rind Crumbs for Breading. Process pork rinds in food processor (or crush with a rolling pin in a zippered bag). If processed, pour into plastic zipper bag. Add 2 Tbsp Mrs Dash (or your favorite seasoning to taste). Shake bag to distribute seasoning. One 6DAIKON AU GRATIN
Arrange all sliced daikon in an ungreased 9X12” casserole dish. Over medium heat, in a medium-large saucepan, cook onion in butter until transparent, stirring occasionally (just a few minutes). Add parsley, chives, garlic powder and pepper and stir, just until bubbling. Add cream and stir occasionally until heated through (about 5 minutes). LOW CARB MACHO NACHO SALAD 1/2 cup chopped, fresh tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion. 8 jalapeno slices. 8 sliced black olives. Consider: green olives, green pepper, banana peppers, green onions, toasted garlic. You’ll place the platter under broil on high for 3 minutes, or until cheese beginsto bubble.

HEALTHY EGGS BENEDICT Eggs Benedict. 2 Tbsp butter. 1 egg. Ham slice. Lazy Hollandaise Sauce. Over medium heat in a small pan, scramble egg in heated butter, careful to allow egg to form into a solid mass through cooking and less manipulation (if you have an egg ring, you can use that instead). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (or use a nonstick) a 9X13 pan. Mix sugars, oil and egg for a minute on medium with a mixer or by hand. Add the rest of the ingredients, one at a time, and mix until well blended. Bake for 30 minutes or until knifeTURNIP LATKES
Combine ingredients in large bowl. Mix together with fork until combined. Mixture shouldn’t be runny – if so, add a little more almond flour (about 1 Tbsp at most).
