REACHING 482,000+ STUDENTS ANNUALLY In 2018/19, we reached 482,000+ young people across the UK, helping them to develop their business, financial and entrepreneurialcapabilities.
COMMUNITY OF 4 MILLION+ ALUMNI Since 1962, we have worked with both the business and education sectors to engage over four million young people. We believe in the power of ‘learning by doing’ and the difference that it has made and continues to make to the lives, futures and ambitions of youngpeople.
WORKING WITH 57% OF SCHOOLS IN AREAS OF DEPRIVATION We are committed to increasing our engagement in deprived areas. In 2018/19 we worked with 57% of secondary schools in the 30% most deprived areas in England and Wales. This remains a key priority. SUPPORTED BY 6,000+ BUSINESS VOLUNTEERS Engagement of volunteers from industry and business is a vital ingredient in helping young people develop the confidence and knowledge to start work, and to gain an understanding of the skills and attitudes valued by employers.Previous Next
