This is some sort of serendipity. Not only is Penn Badgley going to be a dad on the small screen, but he's also going to be a father in real life. No sooner than we find out that Joe in Netflix's _You_ is about

to become a daddy

news from Domino Kirke's Instagram that she about to have a real-life

baby with Badgley.

Badgley and pop singer Domino Kirke got married in 2017 after about three years of dating. According to Kirke's Instagram post, the two tried to conceive at least twice before, they both times the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Two miscarriages in a row had taken their toll on Kirke as she reveals in yesterday's Instagram update. "On the road again... pregnancy after loss is whole other thing," wrote Kirke. "After two miscarriages in a row we were ready to call it. I stopped trusting my body and started to accept the fact that I was done." Kirke, who is also a doula and co-founder of the doula business collective Carriage House Birth , posted a picture of her baby bump that revealed how far along she is. She also told us the story of her earlier pregnancy with son Cassius Riley, whom she had in 2009 with musician Morgan O'Kane. girl next door?

We don't know when Kirke is due, but wouldn't it be amazing if it was around the time that Season 3 of _You_ started?
