SIX NEW CASES OF CORONAVIRUS CONFIRMED IN BAHRAIN Two Bahraini citizens and four Saudi nationals arrived at Bahrain International Airport from Iran via Dubai It takes the total number of cases in Bahrain up to eight. Six new cases of the deadly coronavirus were confirmed in Bahrain onTuesday morning.
The cases were registered after two Bahraini citizens (one male and one female) and four Saudi nationals (four females) arrived at Bahrain International Airport from Iran via Dubai and were examined as part of the precautionary measures taken in light of the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The Ministry of Health revealed that tests were taken in a designated and isolated area of the airport, where the positive results for COVID-19 were confirmed. It takes the total number of cases in Bahrain up to eight. UAE SUSPENDS ALL IRAN PASSENGER, CARGO FLIGHTS FOR SEVEN DAYS The decision is effective Tuesday until further notice, the UAE civil aviation authority said in a statement The ministry added that individuals who were accompanying them were also moved to isolation as a precautionary measure after testing negative for the virus. The infected individuals arrived in the kingdom before the Civil Aviation Authority’s decision to suspend flights from Dubai International Airportfor 48 hours.
The ministry has called upon all citizens and residents who are experiencing symptoms of COVID19 to isolate themselves, call 444, follow the instructions given by the medical team, and avoid close contact with others. _For all the latest health tips& news from
