It can be difficult for organizations to trust that remote workers are working productively and responsibly. However, recent data from Stanford’s two-year study showed that remote workers not only displayed a boost in productivity equal to a full day of work but also fewer sick days and a 50% decrease in employee attrition. BIRDS | WORKINGABROAD Birds, also known as Aves, are a group of endothermic vertebrates that are adapted for flight. There are an incredible variety of bird species, however they share a number of similar characteristics including feathers, toothless beaked jaws, the laying of hard-shelled eggs, and a strong yet lightweight skeleton. ELEPHANT VOLUNTEER IN THAILAND Overview. Our Thailand elephant volunteer project takes place in a sanctuary in the Chiang Mai province of Thailand. The sanctuary, established in 2011, works with older elephants and provides an alternative for owners to retire their elephants in a safe home.
