REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS According to the U.S. Department of Labor, there were 25,645 active female apprentices and 256,850 male apprentices in 2019's fiscal year. A Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) is a proven model of apprenticeship that has been validated by the U.S. Department of Labor or a State Apprenticeship Agency. RAPs give employers the ability to WOMEN IN MANUFACTURING HALL OF FAME Proceeds raised through Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame activities support the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation (WiMEF).WiMEF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Contributions to the WiMEF allow us to provide women in manufacturing with year-round access to affordable and effective educational opportunities. INTRODUCING WIM'S NEW PODCAST April 28, 2021. REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS According to the U.S. Department of Labor, there were 25,645 active female apprentices and 256,850 male apprentices in 2019's fiscal year. A Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) is a proven model of apprenticeship that has been validated by the U.S. Department of Labor or a State Apprenticeship Agency. RAPs give employers the ability to MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Management Development Program. The Management Development Program (MDP) provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers and team leaders, who have three or less years of experience, with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success. Some of the topics covered include: Effective Communication with DISC, Navigating LEADERSHIP CONSORTIUM This program was developed specifically for seasoned leaders that lead others in manufacturing. Examples could include senior managers, directors, department leads, vice presidents or any role which manages other leaders.
