STARKE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DO NOT ACT ON PROPERTY The Starke County Commissioners did not act on a request to vacate property submitted by Tom DeCola of Argento, LLC as a procedure needs to be completed before the commissioners will take action on it. The total budget adds up to more than $13.9 million. TM Construction of Winamac was the apparent low bidder at just under $77,000. The highest bid was almost three times that, with J.
