MONUMENT COURT CASE HEARING DELAYED Monument court case hearing delayed. The trial date for a high-profile local theft-by-swindle case has been postponed, according to Cottonwood County Attorney Nick Anderson. The trial involved a local monument business owned by Jodie Crowell of Windom. The case began in late 2019 and has seen multiple delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
