Each person who comes to the Center is welcomed as family and valued as an integral part of our community. MOBILE COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINICS Wilder has partnered with the Minnesota Department of Health to host four mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinics at ADULT DAY HEALTH PROGRAM Wilder Continues to Offer Healthy Aging and Caregiving Services. The Adult Day Health Program helped older adults with memory loss, mental health concerns, physical or chronic conditions (such as diabetes or heart disease) to maintain their independence while experiencing meaningful connections, a sense of belonging and an enhanced qualityof life.
SPRING INTO ACTION 2021 WITH AFRICAN AMERICAN BABIES The African American Babies Coalition and Pr. Spring into Action 2021 with African American Babies Coalition and Projects WILDER RESEARCH POSTPONES MINNESOTA HOMELESS STUDY UNTIL Wilder Research has decided to postpone its 2021 triennial study of homelessness by one year. The study will now take place in October 2022. We made this decision in consultation with multiple state, tribal, county, and private partners who work in housing andhomelessness.

The 2018 study took place on October 25, 2018, and included two components that captured information on that date: 1) face-to-face interviews with people throughout the state who were experiencing homelessness and 2) a count of people experiencing HOMELESS ADULTS AND CHILDREN IN MINNESOTA SUMMARY Employment and income 9Employment continues to grow sharply. 926% are working full time. 9Wage rates and monthly incomes remain low. 9Housing affordability is a growing factor in homelessness. Forty-one percent of adults were employed, and 26 percent were employed full time. 29 percent of adults reported steady employment as their CHILDREN DEMONSTRATING OVERALL KINDERGARTEN READINESS Page 2 . Sixty percent of Minnesota’s kindergartners demonstrate readiness for school. WILDER ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT (ACT) Wilder has an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team that serves the Southeast Asian community. ACT relies on a multidisciplinary team of professionals in psychiatry, nursing, case management, substance abuse treatment, therapy, peer support, and vocational support with a small staff-to-client ratio for individualized and comprehensive care.
