OUTAGAMIE COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER COURT ACTIVITY CANCELED FOR TUESDAY,JULY 23
July 22, 2019 - Outagamie County Circuit Court activity that was scheduled for Tuesday, July 23 at the county Justice Center has been canceled due to an ongoing electrical power outage at the building. Proceedings that were scheduled for Monday, July 22 and Tuesday, July 23 at the Justice Center, 320 S. Walnut St., Appleton, will be rescheduled for a future date, and the parties involved will be notified. Emergency intake court proceedings are temporarily being held in the Family Court Commissioner's hearing room located within the county complex. Updates will be provided if the power outage continues beyond Tuesday. It is anticipated updates will be posted on the Outagamie County government's website . WISCONSIN SUPREME COURT ACCEPTS THREE NEW CASES July 12, 2019 - The Wisconsin Supreme Court has voted to accept three new cases, and the Court acted to deny review in a number of other cases.
