HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN FREE SOURDOUGH STARTER HOW TO COOK BARLEY—3 EASY WAYS Fluff the barley with a fork, then serve it. Intant Pot Method. Add the barley, water, salt, and butter to your Instant Pot. GRAIN-FREE UNBELIEVABLE BUCKWHEAT BREAD Once they have soaked, rinse well and let drain. Meanwhile, combine the psyllium and chia with the water, stirring to combine. Let sit for about 10 minutes until thick. In a food processor add the soaked buckwheat, psyllium gel, oil, salt, and baking powder. Puree until the buckwheat bread mixture is sticky and most of the grains have been REFRESHING ICED MASALA CHAI This Iced Masala Chai concentrate is spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger. Place the spices, water, ginger, and tea together in a pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down as low as possible to simmer. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the tea mixture from theheat.
