I’m a big fan of dinners that only take 5 minutes to throw together and then less than half an hour in the oven. CREAMY LEMON ORZO WITH SMOKED SALMON AND ASPARAGUS Making the Creamy Lemon Orzo (scroll to the bottom of the post for the full recipe!) Ingredients You’ll Need. Orzo Pasta – we like the small shape of orzo for this recipe but any kind will work! Lemon – you will need both fresh lemon juice and zest – about 1 lemon’s worth. Garlic – fresh garlic is a must here! Olive Oil – for sautéing the garlic – use extra-virgin if you can! 3-INGREDIENT FRESH STRAWBERRY SAUCE This easy strawberry sauce is the perfect way to use up an overabundance of fresh summer strawberries. Perfectly sweet and tangy, you’ll want to pour this sauce over everything! CREAM CHEESE MORNING BUNS WITH COFFEE GLAZE In the bowl of a large stand mixer, fitted with a dough hook, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy. Mix in sugar, melted butter, eggs, salt, and 4 cups flour on medium speed until dough pulls away from sides of bowl into a ball. MAKE-AHEAD BEEF ENCHILADAS WITH HOMEMADE ENCHILADA SAUCE Honestly the BEST beef enchiladas you will ever have in your life! The secret to what makes them so incredible is the homemade enchilada sauce.—plus they can be made ahead! LIGHTER CROCKPOT BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP And in all seriousness, I might just be putting this broccoli cheese soup on instant repeat for the rest of all time. I might be exaggerating it’s nom-ness, but then again, my siblings weren’t exaggerating at all when they made the entire broccoli cheese soup contents of this crockpot disappear in under 10 minutes. MANGO BBQ SAUCE GRILLED CHICKEN In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, molasses, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Bring sauce to a low simmer, then remove from heat and place in a blender with mango. BLACKBERRY LEMON CREAM CHEESE CREPES 1. Crepe batter! Cover the pot and allow the beans to soak overnight. The next day, drain beans reserving 4 cups water. Rinse beans and set aside.
