About Building Permitting. Building Plan Review & Processing; Issue Permits for various types of building activities, including, but not limited to, demo, reconstruction, rehab, and residential accessory structures like pools, patios, driveways. WATER BILLING INFORMATION Rates & Billing. Residents are billed bi-monthly for their water usage. The current rate is $11.32 per 1,000 gallons. Sewage is billed at a rate of $1.37 per 1,000 gallons. Included in your utility bill are charges for rubbish service. Rubbish is billed at a rate of $ 25.18 per month, and COMMONLY VIOLATED ORDINANCES Commonly Violated Village Ordinances. GARBAGE COLLECTION
Garbage and rubbish are picked up by Waste Management from curbs and alleys once a week. When a scheduled pick-up falls on a holiday, collection will be made the following day.
