Marshall ‘Smokey’ Stover, 69, and his wife, Ruby Couch Stover both passed away Monday, April 5, 2021, from COVID-19, one day after their one year anniversary. Smokey was born in Tunkhannock. He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing.
