With COVID-19 causing a global pandemic, each and everyone of us has our part to play to help minimise its spread. Here at Wave Sport we have been taking additional measures to ensure the safety of our staff, dealer network and the paddling community. In response to the latest announcement by our Prime Minister, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our manufacturing facilities to reduce any impact of the virus. Paddlers can continue to access Wave Sport kayaks through our retail partners around the world. Please check with any retailer to see if they are open at this time and to always stick to your local Governments guidelines regarding social contact. Accessing retailers through their online services should be your first option. We ask all paddlers to do their part in helping stop the spread of this virus and to respect any travel or access restrictions in your country. If you are able to get on the water to enjoy some solitude with mother nature, then we ask that you avoid paddling in groups and that you think about the repercussions of any accidents. Remember, the best choice may be to stay off the water for the moment… Please stay safe throughout this time - the rivers, lakes and seas will still be there waiting for us once this is all over.
