Although you’ll find plenty of cheese markets in the Netherlands, the Woerden Cheese Market is a rare example of a cheese market where the trades are still conducted by the traditional hand clap method.In this method, the seller and buyer (after the seller inspects the cheese) debate the price using claps until a handshake occurs! ONE DAY IN AACHEN, GERMANY WITH THE BEST THINGS TO DO IN The Aachen Cathedral is one of the highlights of Aachen and cannot be missed. This stunning cathedral built in 813 represents the rule of Emperor Charlemagne, one of Europe’s most effective rulers who united Western and Central Europe. The TGV is the pride of the French railway system. The trains are very well run with fresh food and travel upwards of 200+ mph. The trip from Paris to Avignon is 2 1/2 hours while the trip to Nice is 5 ½ hours. IS NEW YORK CITY WORTH VISITING?
