CAN I UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE MY ACCOUNT? Yes! Please contact us to upgrade or downgrade - only a reboot is required. If you are upgrading, you will be asked to pay the difference between your current plan and your new one. If you are downgrading, you must ensure that your server will have ample free space at the lower plan. CAN I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL IP ADDRESS? We offer additional IPv4 addresses at a cost of $2 each, to purchase please submit a ticket. AM I LOCKED IN TO A CONTRACT? No! All of our plans are month to month and you may cancel at any

time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OUT OF BANDWIDTH? Your server will be suspended automatically to avoid an unexpected overage charge. You may contact us to purchase additional bandwidth for $7 per TeraByte or wait until the next billing cycle to be

unsuspended.

HOW DOES THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM WORK? We offer 10% account credit for any business you refer to us on a recurring basis. You must have an active account in order to be an

Unfortunately we do not offer IPv6 right now. DO YOU BACKUP MY VPS? We take backups of our full infrastructure for disaster recovery purposes only. This means we are not able to restore from backups on

demand.

Premium VPS

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LINUX VPS AND PREMIUM VPS Linux VPS is based on OpenVZ while Premium VPS is based on KVM which is full virtualization. On Premium VPS, your CPU allocation is dedicated to you. This means that you would never worry about the load you generate on your VPS. This doesn't mean that you can't take advantage of CPUs of Linux VPS. However, if you are targetting high CPU usage, then it's best to go

with Premium VPS.

If you try to send DoS attacks from your VPS, do port scans or use it for brute forcing, our agreement will be void.
