Welcome to Pennsylvania's Official Voter Information Website. This site is a comprehensive voting resource for all eligible citizens in Pennsylvania. VotesPA can help you find your polling place, register to vote, apply for an absentee or mail-in ballot, become a poll worker , and more. See you at the polls! VOTER REGISTRATION HOMEPAGE NOTE: May 3, 2021, is the last day to register before the May 18, 2021, primary election. To vote in Pennsylvania, you must first register to vote at least 15 days before the election. The results of federal and state elections in Pennsylvania are available on the our election results website starting after 8 p.m. on election night. The results of county, city, and local elections in Pennsylvania may be found on your county's board of elections website: Supplemental Dashboard - Information will be updated once a day. VOTING AT A POLLING PLACE Voting at a Polling Place. Counties must finalize their polling place locations by 20 days before the election. They are required to notify voters of polling place changes and may do so in a variety of ways. HOW TO UPDATE YOUR REGISTRATON How to change your name. If you change your name, for example after marriage or divorce, you must update your voter registration. On the voter registration form, select the box that says 'Change of Name.' When you go to the polling place to vote, bring your identificationwith your new name.

If you are interested in becoming a poll worker, fill out the Poll Worker Interest Form. After you submit the form, your county's election office will contact you. You may reach out to the election office to follow up. You can find the contact information on the Contact Your Election Officials page. Complete the Poll WorkerInterest Form.

Vote in-person using an Absentee or Mail-in Ballot. If you are registered to vote, you can vote in person before election day at your county board of elections or other designated location, using an absentee or mail-in ballot.. When you submit your absentee or mail-in ballot application in person, as long as the ballots are ready, you can receive your ballot at the same time. MAIL-IN AND ABSENTEE BALLOT Or you can contact the Department of State to request an application by emailing ra-voterreg@pa.gov or calling 1-877-VOTESPA. Step 2: Mail your application: Send your mail-in or absentee ballot application to the county election office. The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is one week before the election.
