NEBBIOLO PERBACCO 2018 Nebbiolo Perbacco. 2018. Winemaking: The grapes for this wine are grown in various selected vineyards sites mostly in the Barolo area and a minor part in Barbaresco. The vines have an average age of 26 years with the oldest part planted in 1935. The roughly 3-hectare vineyard has a south-west exposure and a clay-limestone soil. Winemaking: The grapes are selected from vineyards located in Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, Barolo and Novello where the vines are planed an average of 4.800 vines per hectare. The vines are 7 to 35 years old with yields of 35 hl/ha, grown using the gouyot system. After harvesting, the grapes are gentlypressed.

Da quattro generazioni la famiglia Vietti produce vini in Castiglione Falletto, piccolo paese medievale situato al centro di una delle zone più felici delle Langhe per la coltivazione della vite, la “zonadel Barolo”.
