NCMS_PRESIDENTMESSAGE The second opportunity came in 2015, and NCMS selected "Hickok" as the second puppy's name in honor of Dr. James Hickok. Hickok graduated in 2017 and was also placed with a veteran. And in October 2017, NCMS selected its third puppy in training and named him "Buckels" after NCMS past president Lonnie Buckels.
