ONE BOWL BANANA BREAD Add dry ingredients (2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt). Using a spatula, fold it in. Pour the batter in a pre-greased 9×5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. It’s made with delicious fresh strawberries soaked in flavorful caramelized sauce, topped with crunchy cinnamon oat crumbles, and served with my favorite French Vanilla Ice Cream! INSTANT POT BONELESS SHORT RIBS Wash and pat dry 2 pounds boneless short ribs and season them with salt and pepper. Set Instant Pot to “Sauté” on high heat by pressing “sauté” button twice and add 3 tbsp vegetable oil. Brown the meat in 2 batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Then remove from the pot. Add 1 sliced onion and sauté for about 8-10 minutes. FRENCH VANILLA ICE CREAM RECIPE Warm the milk and heavy cream. Pour the 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 1/2 cups heavy cream in a sauce pan. Cut a vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds. Put the seeds and the bean to the milk mixture, together with a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to simmer over the medium heat (It will take about 10 minutes). INSTANT POT PULLED BBQ CHICKEN Make sure the steam is fully released and the valve is completely down before opening the pot! Take the meat out and shred it using two forks. Drain the liquid from the pot (Photo 9). Place the shredded meat back to the pot to keep it warm (Photo 10). Add your favorite BBQ sauce and mix it with the chicken until well combined (Photos 11-12). ITALIAN TIRAMISU RECIPE Prepare 9×13 baking pan. Working one at a time, dip half of the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange them in one layer in a baking pan. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the lady fingers. Repeat another layer with ladyfingers dipped into the coffee, followed by the rest of the mascarpone mixture. INSTANT POT PENNE PASTA WITH ALFREDO SAUCE Add minced garlic and cook it for a couple of minutes to release the fragrance. Turn the Sauté option off and add chicken stock and heavy cream. Add the chicken back to the pot together with the pasta penne and push everything down, so it is covered with the liquid. Cover with a lid and cook on Manual high pressure for 7 minutes. DUTCH OVEN BEEF STEW Preheat the dutch oven on medium/high heat and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Brown beef tips in batches. Don’t overcrowd. Scoop out to a separate plate and set aside.
