Broccoli Slaw Veggie Wrap with Spicy Hummus from Veggie Inspired. Crunchy broccoli slaw, apple and crisp romaine lettuce – this wrap from Veggie Inspired is all about the texture, with a spicy kick from homemade (or shop-bought) hummus. Easy to VEGAN PLOUGHMAN'S LUNCH Method. Take one big plate. Prep your ingredients (wash the veggies, slice, open bags of crisps, cut up cheese etc.) Set out on the big plate. Serve and eat!JERK CAULIFLOWER
Method. Put the florets in a bowl with the oil and then Spread out on a baking tray and put in an oven at 180c for 20 mins. They should soften and brown slightly. FUDGY BEETROOT BROWNIES Method. In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar. Once mixed, stir in the flax eggs followed by the beetroot purée and coffee. In another bowl, add the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Using a sieve to remove any lumps, slowly add the flour mix to the beetroot mix, a small amount at a time. AVOCADO AND BASIL PESTO BRUSCHETTA VEGAN RECIPE Preparation. Brush slices of the bread with a little extra virgin olive oil and toast lightly. In a bowl, mash up the avocado with a little salt + pepper and mix in some of the chilli. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted bread and top with a generous spoonful of the pesto.
