i-nex Installation
To install i-nex under Ubuntu/Linux Mint, open the terminal and issue these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:i-nex-development-team/dailyÂ

fre:ac  is an open source audio converter and CD ripper that supports many audio formats. Here are some of its key features:
- Converts between MP3, MP4/M4A, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, WMA, and AAC
- Built-in Audio CD Ripper with freedb/CDDB support
- Portable application (can be run everywhere)
To  install fre:ac under 64-bit platforms, run these commands:
cd /tmpÂ

tar -xf freac*.tar.gz -C ~/
For 32-bit platforms, run these commands:
cd /tmpÂ

To create a shortcut for launching the application from your desktop, run these commands:

Getting Started
While your wireless connection is enabled, check whether power management for your device is enabled or not using this command:
iwconfig
For my example, it is turned on. Â If it's off, then nothing to do, just leave it as it is. If it's on, then disable it as follows:
Open the terminal and install first this package:
 sudo apt-get install gksu
Edit now this file:
 gksudo gedit /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
The file contains these lines:
Change 3 to 2, save the file and close. Make a system reboot, then check if power management is off using the command given above.

Getting Started
While your monitor shows a black/blank display, press CTRL+ALT+F1 to enable CLI mode and run this command to remove all installed nvidia drivers:
sudo apt remove --purge nvidia-*Â
sudo apt remove --purge xserver-xorg-video-nv xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
Now install the Nvidia driver using these commands:
sudo apt install nvidia-common xserver-xorg-video-nouveauÂ
sudo apt install --reinstall libgl1-mesa-dri libgl1-mesa-glx xserver-xorg-core
Finally, run this command to re-configure the x server:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
Make a system reboot so that changes take effect. Hope this solves your blank screen problem, good luck :)

Getting Started
Open the terminal and install these packages if they have not already being installed:
 sudo apt install nvidia-settings gksu
Open now Nvidia X Server Settings window with this command:
 gksudo nvidia-settings
Open the X Server Display Configuration tab and select your desired screen resolution:
Apply new settings and exit. Make a reboot so that changes take effect. Hope this solves your
