Place them in a large bowl. To the beans, add chopped onion, parsley, mint, artichoke and olives. Mix well using two large spoons. To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN SHISH KABOB RECIPE • UNICORNS IN THE Cut the chicken breast into 1 - 1 ½ inch pieces and set aside. In a large bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic, paprika, cumin, sumac, cayenne, salt and lemon juice. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and stir well so all pieces are coated with the marinade. Cover with a plastic wrap, and place the bowl in the fridge. HARISSA HUMMUS RECIPE (SPICY HUMMUS RECIPE) • UNICORNS INHARISSA POWDER RECIPEAUTHENTIC LEBANESE HUMMUS RECIPE Instructions. Place chickpeas, tahini and garlic in a food processor, blend until they start incorporating. Add in lemon juice, salt, olive oil and harissa to the mixture, blend until fully combined and the hummus is creamy and smooth. Serve immediately or store in EASY MEDITERRANEAN GREEN LENTIL SOUP • UNICORNS IN THE KITCHEN Instructions. First, in a large pot, heat some olive oil and saute onion and garlic. Then add carrots, red bell pepper, potatoes and lentils. Stir the pot well and then add in turmeric, cumin, paprika and tomato paste. Pour in vegetable stock or water and bring the soupto boil.
EASY SPICY SHRIMP MARINARA LINGUINE • UNICORNS IN THE KITCHEN Start making the homemade shrimp sauce by sauteing garlic in some olive oil. Add in chopped tomatoes, canned tomatoes, salt, thyme, basil, red pepper flakes and brown sugar. Cook for a few minutes and then blend using an immersion blender or a regular blender. Return the marinara to the pan and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. PERSIAN STYLE SHRIMP AND RICE (MEYGOO POLO) • UNICORNS IN Cook for about 2 minutes. Add in tomato paste, turmeric, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir well to mix the ingredients. Cook for a few more minutes until the shrimp is fully cooked. Place all the vegetables in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add paprika, oregano, minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sumac to the vegetables. SPANISH TORTILLA RECIPE (EASY TUTORIAL) • UNICORNS IN THE In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until incorporated. Add in the potatoes and onion and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in old fashioned oatmeal and all purpose flour using a wooden spoon. Fold in chopped walnuts and cranberries. Chill the oatmeal cookie dough in the fridge for one hour. SAUSAGE BREAKFAST MUFFINS (MEDITERRANEAN STYLE) • UNICORNS Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a muffin tin generously with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper very well until they are fully combined. Set aside. In a large pan, brown sausage until fully cooked. Transfer the cooked sausage to abowl and set aside.
