Service to families and children is very important at the Owasso branch. We offer a summer reading program for children, teens, and adults. We offer lapsit storytimes for newborns through two-year-olds and their caregivers, preschool storytimes for three BROKEN ARROW LIBRARY Broken Arrow has 13 computers and 3 checkout laptops for in-library use.
