VEGAN UNDER PRESSURE EXPANDED RECIPE TABLE OF CONTENTS I put together a table of contents of sorts to help you find your favorite recipes. I realize that the table of contents in the book is woefully lacking and the index might have been done by a monkey, however that would be insulting the monkey. SMOKY SWEET BLACK-EYED PEAS I wanted to be sure that you have black eyed peas on the menu for the New Year to bring you health, wealth and good eating. Since I recently wrote this post for California Beans, I will share it with you here.. I can’t recall exactly when I first heard about eating black-eyed peas for good luck in the new year but think that it was when I lived

in South Florida.

I read one of your comments somewhere and it said 2 cups liquid for each cup of lentils at 6 minutes – so I am wondering for 2 cups of lentils do you adjust the liquid? SHEPHERD'S PIE FROM VEGAN UNDER PRESSURE The origin of shepherd’s pie was the shepherd using what he, or she, had around to make a dish worth eating. Since we are shepherding in a new way of eating for many people, I have gone beyond the usual commercial meat substitute used for this dish.
