CARAMELIZED LEEK PIZZA WITH SPICY HONEY Combine the honey, crushed red pepper, and 2 teaspoons of water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer. HONEY BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower the oven heat to 400°F. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Meanwhile, combine the hot buffalo sauce, honey, butter, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted, whisking to combine, then turn off theheat.
IRISH BANGERS AND COLCANNON MASH A plate of Irish bangers and colcannon mash for your St. Patrick’s Day feast! This is the ultimate festive meal, with juicy pan-roasted pork sausages and a side of mashed potatoes full of Irish cheddar, caramelized cabbage, and leeks. ARUGULA PESTO POTATO SALAD For the pesto, combine the arugula, basil, chives, garlic, pine nuts, pecorino romano cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Transfer this mixture to a bowl. Stir in the olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to STRAWBERRY JAM COFFEE CAKE Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 ¼ x 5 ¼ x 2 ¾” loaf pan with butter and line it with parchment (allow the parchment to overhang at least 3 inches). SPICY SHRIMP TACOS WITH LIME YOGURT SAUCE Combine the shrimp, coriander, chipotle powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of one of the limes. Mix well and let sit to marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the diced avocados, radishes, chiles, cilantro leaves, and red wine vinegar in another bowl. Squeeze in the juice from the other lime. SKILLET SHRIMP WITH CREAMY CHIPOTLE SAUCE Combine the rice with 2 ⅔ cups of water in a saucepan. Add a generous pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil. PAN-ROASTED RIBEYE WITH PARSLEY BUTTER Allow the ribeye to sit at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the softened butter and parsley together in a small bowl. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Pat the ribeye dry with paper towels and season extremely well with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat a 12” cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. WARM FARRO SALAD WITH BURRATA & HOT HONEY VINAIGRETTE Instructions. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Coat the red peppers with olive oil and place halved-side down onto a sheet pan. Season with a pinch of salt. Roast for 30 minutes. Bring about 2 quarts of water to a boil in a small pot. Season with a generous pinch of salt. Add thefarro.
WHIPPED FETA WITH ROASTED TOMATOES Instructions. Preheat the oven to 375F°. Add the cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, and fresh herbs to a large cast-iron skillet. Cover with the olive oil, season with a pinch of salt, and toss to combine. Roast for 35-40 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and caramelized. Preheat the grill over high heat. CARAMELIZED FENNEL PACCHERI WITH SAUSAGE & PISTACHIOS A big bowl of caramelized fennel paccheri! Large, tube-shaped pasta tossed in a white wine butter sauce with italian sausage, onions & fennel, lots of garlic, wilted spinach, grated pecorino cheese, fresh herbs, and buttery pistachios over top! FARM FRESH EGGS THREE WAYS 1. Fill a pot with about 5-6” of water and bring to a simmer. 2. Add vinegar and salt to prevent the egg whites from spreading. 3. Break the eggs into a dish, one by one. 4. Gently pour the eggs from the dish into the poaching liquid (work in small batches) 5. RASPBERRY LEMON RICOTTA MUFFINS Instructions. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Fill a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk in the sugar and honey until smooth. Add the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Whisk to incorporate. THAI CURRY MEATBALLS WITH JASMINE RICE Instructions. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the rice, water, and a pinch of salt in a small pot. Bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and cover the pot. Cook for 40 minutes (or according to your package’s instructions). Meanwhile, heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add a touch of oil.
