TOFU FRIES (PAN-FRIED, BAKED, OR DEEP FRIED) Tofu fries are the perfect high-protein snack or side dish. Long skinny sticks of tofu are perfect for dipping into your favorite sauce. Fry them up in minutes or bake them to golden brown perfection and then sprinkle them with a little salt or any seasoning of yourchoice.
VEGAN CHICKEN (SEITAN CHICKEN) 1 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 1/3 cup vital wheat gluten. US Customary - Metric. Instructions. Make the dough. Add a can of drained chickpeas to a food processor or blender along with broth, nutritional yeast, oil, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. SUPER EASY VEGAN CAKE Instructions. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Pour the dry cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add the 12 oz can of soda, apple sauce, and oil and stir with a whisk for about 30 seconds until a smooth batter. If making a gluten-free cake, let the batter sit for about 5 minutesbefore baking.

🌟 Decorating the cake. One of the best things about a bundt cake is the fact that it's easy to decorate. Since the cake itself is already in a pretty shape, a little vegan icing, chocolate ganache, vegan sprinkles, powdered sugar, or fruit is all you need to make it beautiful. You don't want to use vegan buttercream frosting on your bundt cake, since it's too thick. HOMEMADE VEGAN COFFEE CREAMER Store in an airtight jar or bottle for up to 5 days. You can also use coffee syrups to flavor the creamer. For this method, use 2 tbsp of syrup and omit the extract and sugar. If using the added fat method, be sure to stir the oil and lecithin well to emulsify them. Put into an airtight jar while still warm. AQUAFABA CHOCOLATE MOUSSE A light and fluffy vegan chocolate mousse that is gluten free, dairy free, and nut free. 3/4 cup aquafaba liquid from canned chickpeas or white beans. Drain and save the liquid from a can of chickpeas or white beans. Pour 3/4 cup of the liquid in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use a mixer and beat the liquid until it starts to get foamy.BREADED TOFU
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread about 2 tbsp of oil on the bottom of a cookie sheet. Place the breaded tofu on the cookie sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes. VEGAN PORK RINDS (FRIED RICE PAPER) Vegan pork rinds made from fried rice paper are fun to make and fry up like magic in just seconds! They're super crunchy and have the same texture as pork rinds, without any animal ingredients! VEGAN HALLOUMI CHEESE 🧾 Ingredients. Firm Tofu - for the base of your Halloumi.Tip: If you freeze your tofu first, it will be spongier and soak up more of the flavored brine. Water - to make the marinade.; Neutral-Flavored Oil - for a richer cheese, and for panfrying.; Nutritional Yeast - for a cheesy flavor.This is a yellow flaky powder that has an umami flavor. It's a key ingredient in making it taste like cheese. HOMEMADE VEGAN COFFEE CREAMER Store in an airtight jar or bottle for up to 5 days. You can also use coffee syrups to flavor the creamer.
