Southeast Succulents raises very healthy plants and provide a wide variety of types. One of my favorite finds is Huernia zebrina, or Lifesaver plant. This plant is native to south and east Africa and produces a five-point flower that looks a lot like a Lifesaver candy, and it’s probably one of the more unusual succulents I’veacquired.

According to the St. Pete website the garden is the town’s “oldest living museum” with some of the “oldest tropical plants in the region.”. TULIP TIME IN HOLLAND (MICHIGAN) After spending spring time in the desert, I went to the mid-west to enjoy a time honored spring tradition: the Tulip Time Festival in Holland, Michigan. The Michigan spring I experienced was lush: white farm houses sitting on green rolling pastures, vineyards budding green, and many-colored and textured tulips flooding front yards, sidestreets and fields.

Let the cutting scar for a few days before placing the cutting into soil. Before placing the cutting into the soil, you can choose to WHEN APHIDS (& SPIDER MITES) ATTACK! Even though spider mites are difficult to see, the signs of infestation are much more obvious such as white or yellow specs appearing on the upper part of your plant’s foliage, webbing on the underside of leaves, and brown, withering edges of leaves. While aphids are much bigger and easier to see, signs of an aphid infestation are similar.THE LIFESAVER
Southeast Succulents raises very healthy plants and provide a wide variety of types. One of my favorite finds is Huernia zebrina, or Lifesaver plant. This plant is native to south and east Africa and produces a five-point flower that looks a lot like a Lifesaver candy, and it’s probably one of the more unusual succulents I’veacquired.
