TOKENS AND IT'S USES To create a letter in The Customer Factor you can do it in a couple of places. The first place is within a prospect or PRINTING ADDRESS LABELS Printing labels is easy within The Customer Factor.It all starts with the search though, so for example, if you want to print labels for all customers then you would go to the customer search screen (click “Search” under the “Customers” tab) or simply click the number that’s in parenthesis next to the “Customers” tab. COLOR CODE EMPLOYEE/CREW APPOINTMENTS ON YOUR CALENDARS Simply open up the color window for each employee/crew name and there is an option available that you can check. The option says “reset to default color (black)”. As soon as you check that box, the color window will close and all your appointments for the employee/crew which had their color reset will revert back to displaying by MULTIPLE EMPLOYEE AND CREW ASSIGNMENTS Prior to this modification it was only possible to assign an individual employee or crew per job. If you wanted to assign multiples you had to create crews by the employee names. For example a crew could be called “Nick, Joe, and Joyce” and that crew could be assigned to the job. So this modification provides you moreflexibility.
