BEST DRY RUB FOR CHICKEN WINGS A lot of people have asked if you can add anything else along with the baking powder. Yes, you can. Using baking powder in a dry rub for wings is an excellent way to make sure the skin comes out nice and crispy while also giving your wings tons of flavor. INSTANT POT CHICKEN THIGHS FROM FROZEN How to Cook Frozen Chicken Thighs in the Instant Pot. Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot insert (1 and 1/2 cups if you are using an 8-quart Instant Pot). Add the trivet or a steamer basket to the insert. Put the chicken thighs on top of the trivet. Season them well with salt, pepper, and anything else that you’d like. HOW TO BAKE VIDALIA ONIONS Fill the rest of the hole with butter, about 1-2 tablespoons. Season with salt and pepper. Place the filled onion on a sheet of foil large enough to encase it. Wrap the onion in foil, bringing the edges up in the center. Twist the foil together to seal the onion in. AIR FRYER CHICKEN LEG QUARTERS Remove chicken leg quarters from refrigerator. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Coat chicken on all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Put chicken in air fryer basket, skin-side-down, in a single layer. The two chicken quarters should not overlap. Cook 20 minutes. HOW TO PRE-COOK PEPPERS FOR STUFFED PEPPERS Bring the temperature down to medium-low and let peppers hard simmer for three minutes, or until tender. Using slotted spoon, transfer peppers to ice water to cool. Spoon peppers out of water and shake off excess. Place in baking dish and stuff. Proceed with recipe, cookingfor 25-30 minutes.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHRIMP CREOLE AND SHRIMP Shrimp Etouffee comes from a French word which translates to “smothered” and it lives up to that moniker with its gravy-like sauce. Again, it’s shrimp with rice but the major difference is that the sauce is made of a thick roux, which combines butter and wheat flour. It’s also usually spicy and uses quite a bit of cayennepepper.

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN IN THE AIR FRYER For all chicken, the basic way I cook it in the air fryer is to first preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Then I mist the chicken with olive oil all over. I use this oil sprayer. Alternatively, you can drizzle with oil and then use your hands to rub it all over. Next, season it liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder. HOW TO GRILL CHICKEN WINGS Instructions. Oil your grill racks and then prepare your grill for direct grilling over medium heat, about 350ºF. Keep one burner off or on low in case some wings are cooked before others. Put the wings in a single layer on the grill over the heat. Cook the wings for about 20-25 minutes total.THE COOKFUL
