HOMEMADE REFRIED BEANS RECIPE 1. Rinse and soak beans. Sift through the dry beans, removing any unwanted pieces from the bag. Add the beans to a large pot, cover with water and soak overnight. 2. Boil beans. Drain beans, add them to a pot and cover them with fresh water. Add onion to the pot and a coupledashes of salt.

Add chopped apples and toss to coat. Add water. Make crumb topping. Combine the crumb topping ingredients in a bowl using a fork or pastry blender until it resembles small crumbs. Once the timer beeps, cover the valve with a towel and switch it to quick release to release all of the pressure. Open lid and gently stir. INSTANT POT POTATO SALAD | Instructions.
