LOADED CHICKEN ENCHILADAS Loaded Chicken Enchiladas are made with shredded chicken, rice, beans, corn, bell pepper, and onion mixed in a creamy sauce and topped with cheese and homemade enchilada sauce.. Mexican food is quite possibly my favorite type of food. After spending several months living in Mexico and learning from true Mexican chefs, I developed an even greater love of the food. THE BEST TURKEY BURGERS Healthy, juicy, and delicious Turkey Burgers made with ground turkey and a simple seasoning. Plus tips for cooking turkey burgers on the stovetop, in the oven, or on the grill. This recipe is a healthy twist on our perfect hamburgers!! BAKED FONTINA CHEESE DIP | How to make Baked Fontina: Cut the fontina cheese into cubes and place them in a cast iron skillet. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese. Mix the fresh herbs together and sprinkle them on top of the olive oil and cheese. In a small bowl add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Pour over cabbage. Add 2 Tablespoons butter and cover the pot with a lid. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Remove apple with cloves and discard. Stir mixture and serve.MONSTER COOKIES |

INSTANT POT PORK RIBS RECIPE Remove membranes from the back of ribs, if needed. Rubs seasonings over both sides of ribs. Place wire trivet rack in the bottom of the instant pot. Allow time to rest. Remove the prime rib from the oven and and tent the entire roast with foil. Once the timer beeps, cover the valve with a towel and switch it to quick release to release all of the pressure. Open lid and gently stir.
