MEXICAN STREET CORN CUPS (ESQUITES) The first time I ever had Mexican Street Corn Cups was at a food and wine festival. I thought to myself, what a genius idea! Turns out this has been around for many many years! HOW TO MAKE LEMON PESTO Instructions. Add all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender. Pulse 20-30 seconds, stopping and scraping down the sides in between pulses. If it’s too thick, add a little more EVOO to yourdesired texture.
SPIRALIZED SWEET POTATO FRIES Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash Sweet Potato. Using the medium blade on your spiralizer, spiralize the Sweet Potato. Toss the Sweet Potato with Olive Oil. Place the Sweet Potato on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with Sea Salt, Nutmeg, and Pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes to desired crispiness. HOW TO GRILL THE PERFECT RIBEYE Clean grill grates with a quality grill brush before cooking. Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Place Ribeye over direct heat and cook 4-5 minutes each side for medium rare. Remove from grill, place on a platter and cover with aluminum foil. Let the Ribeye rest for 10minutes.

SPIRALIZED SWEET POTATO FRIES Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash Sweet Potato. Using the medium blade on your spiralizer, spiralize the Sweet Potato. Toss the Sweet Potato with Olive Oil.
