Equip university students with skills to meet industry needs. STUDENTS ENGINEER AND SHIP WORKING PRODUCT PROTOTYPES. LEARNING IS CONNECTED WITH LIVE SESSIONS BY INDUSTRY EXPERTS. SV.CO, an upskilling program for student developers. SV.CO is an online learning platform exclusively for student developers to upskill themselves for challenging jobs in software development. To enable this, students are guided step-by-step through a four-level intensive framework, along with occasional physical events such as ‘demo days’. During the course of this program, they primarily learn to build a software product from scratch - all the way from picking an idea to launching their app to users! Each student developer is also provided with an experienced ‘Developer Coach’ from the industry to supervise and guide them while they code. This ensures they also pickup industry skills and best practices first-hand! STUDENTS SHOWCASE THEIR WORK TO INDUSTRY At the Demo Day hosted by our industry partner Facebook School of Innovation, students presented their product prototypes to the industry, universities and media.
