This is our second time renting through Summit Cove. Booked online with an assistant who helped through the E-chat. I was looking for something specific (master bath on main level, elevator access for wheelchairs, the right number of bedrooms, etc). Came in May, lots of choices. Great communication. Keyless entry. Really well decorated and appointed condo. Pro-tip, always check Colorado weather because it can and does snow in May.

Wonderful apartment rental right in the center of it all. Top notch amenities and friendly staff; can't wait to go back! Free shuttles run every twenty minutes from the front door to the Keystone slopes- only a twelve minute walk to Keystone Village center if you'd rather walk

than bus it.

The upper management of SummitCove did impress me. Upon check-in I had a poor experience with one of the desk clerks - but the other clerk, the housekeeping staff, and the lady who came to check our unit were all very nice and courteous. I initially wrote a review because my first impression with the one desk clerk started my vacation off with a frustrated and poor impression. However, I received a call from management within an hour of posting my review, on Christmas day. This was impressive and showed me that the management does care and does monitor it's customer service. I believe that my initial impression from one clerk was not reflective of the company and I will update this review again after checkout in a few days..

My wife and I stayed at Ski Run 201 for my birthday & it was the best birthday yet. The place offers a lot, we were able to walk everywhere: to the village, out for dinner, and to the lifts. There is a great pizza place next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street. The condo itself was extremely cozy. We were able to drink our coffee and cozy up by the fireplace while enjoying the views. I have no complaints about the rental. Everyone was extremely helpful answering our questions. Great price & amazing place! Definitely recommend.

Stayed in Snake River 13, check in and out were easy and house was clean and well stocked. Queen beds were extremely soft and we did not find them comfortable. Hard to keep temperature even inside house due to South facing windows. Would stay with summit cove again!

Good place to find Lodging in Keystone. The lodging was as mentioned. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Give them 4 stars because the unit I booked, lost heat throughout one of the days I was there. And there was no compensation for the inconvenience. Which is unacceptable. However I love Keystone, and the rest of the vacation was pleasant.

SummitCove Vacation Lodging made our extended weekend a breeze! The unit was exactly what was pictured. The staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions and concerns we had from booking assistance, to insightful help with a first-time young skier, to local suggestions for everything else. The only reason I'm rating a 4 star and not a 5 is because the unit had some grime build up but nothing that wasn't manageable. We will without a doubt use SummitCove Vacation Lodging again and likely request the same building, if not

the same unit!

Friendly and responsive staff, clean and spacious condo with plenty of linens and even a pop up air mattress. Just about 10 minutes away from slopes depending on the day (weekends are slow with traffic). I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. We will absolutely be back in a couple years and plan on re-booking with SummitCove Properties. Thank you!

Our stay here was great, the scenery was magical, it has snowed right before we came so there was snow everywhere. Great location, close to the ski runs and we took the shuttle several time, it made things easier. The management company was very helpful. The rooms were spacious and so were the restrooms. My only recommendation is that the owner replace the mattresses in both rooms and the sleeper sofa. The upstairs bed squeaked every time I moved and the mattress sunk in the middle. In my opinion the owner should get rid of half the furniture so it can provide more space in the living room and the bedroom upstairs. If the owner replaced those items this place would definitely get five stars.
