The original project used several internal pieces from the Game Boy, including the controller board, headphone jack, power switch and cartridge reader. It is possible to use a custom PCB for the controls, aftermarket power switch and headphone jack, but you would have to forego the SD Card cartridge adaptor. They don't cost you anything extra but they do help the site pay for things like hosting and the smile portion donates a fraction of your purchase to a charity of your choosing.) GAME BOY ZERO GUIDE PART 5 The cartridge reader is probably the part of the project I get asked about the most. So just to clear a few things up: basically all we are doing is extending the existing SD card slot on the Raspberry Pi and running it through a game cartridge and the cartridge reader from theGame Boy.

GAME BOY ZERO GUIDE PART 2 In the Tools menu in the Arduino IDE select Board, and select Teensy LC. In the Tools menu again, select USB type, and select “Keyboard + Mouse + Joystick”. Now click the checkmark in the top left to verify/compile the sketch. If it doesn’t complain about anything, hit
