It's what you do that matters. It's what you do when it gets real. Respect is earned, not given. I keep my mind sharp by: 1) I listen to at least 1 podcast a day. 2) I do something new every day, even if just jogging a new route. Listened to @drjoedispenza yesterday and so many of you are stuck in the past, reliving old emotions due to old events. I see it amongst my friends and all of you. I challenge myself and my mind every day so I don't fall into old patterns and sadness and bitterness, believe me that would be easier but ultimately it would also be sickness and a slow wait to death.
