TRUKBLDR.
4L80E BEHIND MY OLD 454 The 4L80E has an extra bolt in the top of the bellhousing, but other than that it is the same. I had to get different bolts for the torque converter, and the converter has 6 bolt but only 3 matched up on my flexplate, as it has 2 different 3-hole patterns. I also robbed some tranny cooler lines from the junk yard and spliced them into my lines REWIRING A WHOLE TRUCK? HOW MUCH? yodaforce +1y. Ron Francis wire works or Painless wiring, about $300-$400 for a QUALITY universal harness. Getting someone who knows what they are doing to get it in $25-$30 per hour. About 20-25 hours total to strip out the old harness (minus computer5 LUG CONVERSION

LS SWAP INTO A 88-98 CHEVY/GMC FULLSIZE TRUCK sorry for the delay. yes you can have heat and ac. heat is an east hook up. on the ac if you want it you will have to get a different mount to it puts it out board on the motor cause where it is mounted factory on the motor it will hit the crossmember under the engine. on my swap we used a howell harness with a 4l60 behind it. the harness has a ground, fuel pump, and two ignition wires to hook HOW TO CONVERT 67-72 CHEVY C10 TO 5 LUG 6 lug 68 chevy is a 6 x5.5" bolt pattern. im changing my 68 c10 over to 5 lug right now as well.. there are a few ways you can do it. as mentioned above, the 73-87 spindles/brakes will bolt right up. that gives you a bolt pattern of 5x5". also, 71-72 c10s came with 5x5" disc brakes up front. if you want 5x4and3/4", it gets trickier. for 5 on 4 JIG FOR NARROWING REAR END TOYBOY89 +1y. The guy that posted on pirate 4x4 is on the right track, I have narrowed rear ends and the set up I used was 2" and 2 1/4" solid round bar through the middle, believe it or not when you weld the tubes, TIG or MIG it still pulls and bends that 2" solid bar, but if you heat and cool the tubes until the bar slides out nicley thenyou

what are my options? im a decent welder and such, and wiring doesnt scare me . im thinking the miata engine, maybe a rb nissan motor or aford 5.0 motor.
WILL A 5X115 WHEEL FIT ON A 5X114.3 common misconception is that a 5 x 115 will work on 5 x 114.3 and vice versa. They will go on yes. but will never be flush against the hub. They will work them self off. Meaning you will have to keep retorquing them. On top of the safety issue, they will never ride 100% smooth on the vehicle. its really upto you my friend. You can get a b2200 motor , a b2000 motor , a b2600i fi (fuel injected) motor as long as you get the harness and computer with the motor . ASTRO/S-10 REAR END SWAP is it possible to swap the stock astro van rear end with a stock s-10 rear end it is narrower and will come in handy for layin body with 20's or greater, are the yokes the same or will i need a new drive shaft, or does any one know of a rear end narrower then an astros that will fit right in, thanks in advance for any help. There is a great write up about this swap on the previous mentioned forum. The problem is finding wheels to fit the back. The rear is 6 inches wider than the stock s10 rear. AVERAGE PRICE OF A SUICIDE DOORS INSTALL I just wanted to know what would an average price be for a suicide door install on my drivers side door? Just looking for a rough idea..im budgeting for next summer now. about $1200 a door, including parts, not a cheap mod. HOW TO CONVERT 67-72 CHEVY C10 TO 5 LUG 6 lug 68 chevy is a 6 x5.5" bolt pattern. im changing my 68 c10 over to 5 lug right now as well.. there are a few ways you can do it. as mentioned above, the 73-87 spindles/brakes will bolt right up. that gives you a bolt pattern of 5x5". also, 71-72 c10s came with 5x5" disc brakes up front. if you want 5x4and3/4", it gets trickier. for 5 on 4 3/4", you can run your stock drum brake spindle DRIVESHAFT ANGLES WITH CARRIER HELP?
