It’s easy to join, and only costs £5 a quarter which is taken by direct debit. The 2016 beer, hockey and music festival took place between the 14th and 17th April. The hockey tournament featured 24 seven-aside teams competing on grass and was won by The Dream Team who beat Hockey

EVENT CANCELLATION! On Sunday 27th October Stafford suffered from some severe flooding. Stafford Cricket & Hockey Club, the venue for the Family Fireworks Night, was hit badly with our clubhouse, car park and grass pitches all being flooded in over 1ft of water.

Operating as an independent section of the club, we currently run five adult mens teams competing in the Midlands Regional Hockey Association (MRHA) leagues and four ladies teams who compete in the Staffordshire league.. Our kit is supplied by TAG Sportswear.. We have a range of home and away playing kit, training kit & leisurewear available in our club colours. 200 CLUB – STAFFORD HOCKEY CLUB The 200 club is our fundraising raffle. It’s easy to join, and only costs £5 a quarter which is taken by direct debit. As a thank you for the privilege of giving £5 of your hard earned money towards supporting the club, you will automatically get entered into a cash prize draw every quarter (there are 12 prizes issued each quarter, with approx. £75 awarded to the first name out of the hat). STAFFORD HOCKEY CLUB Established in 1864, the Stafford Hockey Club is part of the wider Stafford Cricket & Hockey Club, Stafford’s oldest sports club. We currently runs five adult mens teams who compete in the Midlands Regional Hockey Association (MRHA) leagues and four ladies teams who compete in the Staffordshire league. We also offer veterans hockey, have a Saturday league badgers team (under 18s) play mixed hockey, enter various summer league competitions and regularly go on tour to tournaments in Blackpool, Harrogate and Milton Keynes. Our junior development programme has a packed training schedule which includes local primary school and other community links. We truly do welcome players of all abilities and have something for everyone. If you are the next Barry Middleton or Alex Danson or don’t even know how to hold a stick, you will be made to feel

welcome.

SOCIAL EVENTS

It’s not just about the sport, we’re a sociable bunch too! Our Clubhouse located on Riverway, Stafford hosts our packed social calendar of events throughout the year. These include our Christmas party, End of Season Dinner, Family Fireworks Night, Quiz Nights, Race

Nights and more.

The highlight of the year comes with an annual three day beer, music and hockey festival in

April.
