LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX GRAVY RECIPE Directions. In saucepan, mix 1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup mix with 2tbsp flour. Stir in 2 cups cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Makes 8 - 1/4 cup servings. Number of Servings: 8. Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CONRANW. RHUBARB CRISP, W/SPLENDA RECIPE Ingredients. Combine and mix well for filling: 6 C Rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces. 1C Splenda (equivalent to 1C sugar) 1/3 C All Purpose Flour. 1 tsp Cinnamon. 1/2 C Water. Mix together and sprinkle evenly over rhubarb misture: 1 C All Purpose Flour. LOW-CALORIE BANANA MUFFINS RECIPE In separate bowl, combine banana, sugar, egg and vanilla extract.
