CAR BREAKFAST
These aren’t the most thrilling ideas, but you want to try to get a lot of nutrition in your meal. Here are some make ahead “car breakfasting” ideas: 1 Rethink Your Breakfast: Turkish Style. 2. The Egg McMuffin Makeover. 3. A Grab 'N Go Breakfast With ZERO Added Sugar (and you will love it) 4. This Muffin Can Save Your Life. BAKED TILAPIA FROM FROZEN Instructions. Heat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. Place frozen tilapia fillets in a 9x13 inch casserole. Pour lemon juice mixture over the fish and add salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with aJAZZERCISE REVIEW
Then, a Groupon popped up for Jazzercise classes within a three minute drive from my house and I thought, “Hey, I can fit that in”. So, I bought it. My regular workout is called “Boot Camp” and is very intense. Picture jumping jacks, crunches, curls, push-ups, and a terrible thing called a “Burpee”.
