Today, our Partnership engages a vibrant international, multi TRANSPORT AND CLIMATE CHANGE GLOBAL STATUS REPORT Transport and Climate Change Global Status Report (TCC-GSR) 2020 is a biennial flagship report illustrating global trends in transport demand and emissions, showcasing policy targets and measures across global regions and highlighting climate change mitigation efforts required to reach Paris Agreement targets. It is a free and key resource for policy-makers to raise ambition on climate action E-MOBILITY TRENDS AND TARGETS E-Mobility Trends and Targets. SLOCAT is tracking the announced targets of countries, regions, cities, companies and major automobile companies to show their growing ambition to scale up e-mobility (cars, taxis, trucks, two/three-wheelers and others). The database serves as a central hub for policy makers and researchers to identify good TRANSPORT TARGETS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS The 2030 Agenda states that “sustainable transport systems, along with universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy services, quality and resilient infrastructure, and other policies that increase productive capacities, would build strong economic foundations for all countries” (para 27). The ATO is developed in support of the planning and delivery of ADB Transport Sector Assistance. At the same time, the ATO supports Asian Governments in transport policy development and delivery. URBAN ELECTRONIC MOBILITY VEHICLES INITIATIVE The Urban Electric Mobility Vehicles Initiative (UEMI) phase out conventionally fuelled vehicles and increase the share of electric vehicles in the total volume of individual motorized transport in cities to at least 30% by 2030, to achieve a 30% reduction of CO2 emissions in urban areas by 2050.GINO VAN BEGIN

URBAN ELECTRONIC MOBILITY VEHICLES INITIATIVE The Urban Electric Mobility Vehicles Initiative (UEMI) phase out conventionally fuelled vehicles and increase the share of electric vehicles in the total volume of individual motorized transport in cities to at least 30% by 2030, to achieve a 30% reduction of CO2 emissions in urban areas by 2050. TRANSPORT TARGETS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS The 2030 Agenda states that “sustainable transport systems, along with universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy services, quality and resilient infrastructure, and other policies that increase productive capacities, would build strong economic foundations for all countries” (para 27). SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS & TRANSPORT Sustainable Development Goals & Transport - SLOCAT. On 1 January 2016, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by world leaders in September 2015, officially came into force. The 2030 Agenda is a set of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with 169 targets stimulating actions to shift the world onto a sustainable andresilient path.
